My works are not chosen in a conscious way. The images and stories flow through me. I take what I see and feel from the forested environment around me, my neighborhood, my garden and the beautiful B.C. West Coast.

I freeze frame what I see, creating a story, a positive powerful vehicle for the integration of “Self and Vision”. Printmaking to me is as much about the process as it is about the result. The understanding of my tools and their potential to convey the essence of the subject/story along with my color palette reflects the inner peace and joy I have while doing my work. The beauty that surrounds me, inspires me to create to that earthly rhythm. It is a constant source of inspiration and motivation and the spiritual forces flow and life is good and I am grateful.
